Four Generations, One Cabin — Shenandoah 2025Tucked away in the quiet beauty of the Shenandoah, our cabin became a gathering place for four generations: great-grandparents, grandparents, son, and grandson. It was more than a getaway—it was a celebration of family, legacy, and the simple joys of being together.We shared meals, stories, and hikes through the woods. But one moment stood out: canoeing on the river, where the youngest among us caught his very first bass. His grin said it all—pure pride, pure joy. That fish might’ve been small, but the memory was huge.From the wisdom of the elders to the wonder in a child’s eyes, this trip reminded us that time spent together is the greatest catch of all!

Photos and descriptions are very accurate.. The set up is such that you have privacy yet plenty of open space in the meadow. The river amenities, kayaks and canoes are a huge added value. Great place for a family retreat.

We had a great time! The kids loved fishing in the river and visiting Shenandoah National Park.
